BELLS and Red Cross Singapore Forge Strategic Partnership to Enhance Community Training Excellence

BELLS Institute of Higher Learning is pleased to formalise a strategic collaboration with the Singapore Red Cross Academy (SRCA) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This partnership underscores a shared commitment to elevating the standards of community-focused training and capacity building in Singapore.

Through this collaboration, BELLS Tech will provide expert support in curriculum development, adult learning frameworks, and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) certification alignment. These enhancements aim to strengthen SRCA’s training programmes by ensuring they remain industry-relevant, skills-based, and accessible to learners from diverse backgrounds.

This initiative is a reflection of BELLS Tech’s broader corporate social responsibility (CSR) agenda—harnessing our capabilities in education and technology to support sustainable community development.
