What are the prerequisites for this course?

To be eligible for the ITIL Strategist training, you should have:

  • Passed the ITIL 4 Foundation exam
  • Attended an accredited training course for this module

What is the format for the ITIL 4 Strategist DPI Certification exam?

  • Complete the ITIL4 Strategist Direct, Plan, and Improve training
  • Take the ITIL4 DPI Certification exam
  • Achieve at least 65% (26 correct answers out of 40 questions) in 90 minutes

What is the purpose of the ITIL 4 Direct, Plan, and Improve Examination?

  • The ITIL 4 DPI exam assesses your understanding of the concepts in the ITIL 4 Direct, Plan, and Improve framework. It is a prerequisite for both the ITIL 4 Managing Professional and ITIL 4 Strategic Leader designations.

How long will it take to receive my ITIL 4 Direct, Plan, and Improve Exam results?

  • You will receive your exam results within two business days after taking the ITIL 4 DPI exam.

Once I have booked my exam, can I get a refund?

  • No, once you have booked the exam and the voucher has been issued, it is non-refundable.

  • Yes, after completing the training, you will receive a mock test to help you prepare for the ITIL 4 DPI exam.
