  2. Course fee subsidy is available for Singapore Citizens aged 40 years old and above.
  3. Course fee subsidy is available for Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents aged 21 years and above, if the course is fully sponsored by the company that is an eligible SME.
  4. In order to receive the Statement of Attainment, trainee must achieve at least 75% attendance, pass all prescribed tests / assessments and attain 100% competency.
  5. Course fees will not be refunded at any point once the class has commenced.

FAQs

Do I need coding experience to enrol in this course?

Not at all! This course is designed to be one of the most beginner-friendly options available. While prior knowledge of coding or statistics can be helpful, it’s not a requirement.

Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?

Participants who fulfil all course requirements will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).

Can I pay in instalments?

This course is already eligible for SkillsFuture and other subsidies available to Singaporeans and PRs.

I’m an NTUC member. Can I use UTAP for this course?

Yes, NTUC Union members can enjoy UTAP funding, which covers up to 50% of the payable course fee, capped at $500 per year. Please note: UTAP claims can only be submitted after course completion.

Can I use both SkillsFuture Credits and UTAP for this course?

Absolutely! You can use your SkillsFuture Credits (SFC) first, and then apply UTAP to offset the remaining balance of your payable fees.

What if I miss a class? Will there be make-up lessons?

Yes, make-up sessions are available! Just inform us in advance, and our training management team will help arrange a replacement class—subject to availability.

Why is there a $30 registration fee?

The $30 registration fee secures your spot in the course and confirms your commitment. It also helps us allocate resources and plan your learning journey more efficiently.

Is the $30 fee refundable?

Yes! The full $30 will be refunded upon successful completion of your course. Think of it as a refundable deposit to ensure you stay motivated and complete your training.

What counts as 'successful completion'?

Successful completion means you’ve attended the required sessions, participated in assessments (if any), and met the basic course requirements set by our trainers.

What if I don’t complete the course?

If you are unable to complete the course, the $30 fee will not be refunded. This policy helps us ensure fair access and commitment from all learners.
