BELLS CEO Participates in Panel Discussion at ESU CTC Fiesta 2024

On 28th October 2024, Adrian Ang, CEO of BELLS Institute, participated as an esteemed panelist at the ESU CTC Fiesta, hosted at the College of Allied Educators, Singapore. This flagship event, organised by the Education Services Union (ESU) in collaboration with e2i and IT&T, centred on the theme Community for Transformation in Celebration (CTC).

Adrian joined a distinguished panel discussion titled “Collaboration on the ‘U’ Way for Transformation”, featuring notable leaders such as James Tan, Executive Secretary of ESU; Damian Lim, representative of IT&T; and Dr. Susie Khoo, 1st Vice President of SAPE, with Brother Barry serving as moderator. The panel explored transformative partnerships within the education sector and highlighted the power of collaboration in driving meaningful change.

A key focus of the discussion was engaging top management in the formation of Company Training Committees (CTCs) and the application process for the CTC Grant. The session emphasised the benefits organisations can reap through the CTC framework and guidance from NTUC, illustrating a strategic pathway for companies to embark on transformative growth.

This exclusive, closed-door event brought together senior leaders from the education and training sector, providing a platform to delve into the CTC Grant journey and to inspire collective transformation supported by NTUC’s initiatives.
