BELLS Institute of Higher Learning (BELLS), a leading SSG-appointed Continuing Education and Training (CET) programme partner, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Quess Singapore, a subsidiary of Quess Corp, Asia’s largest business services provider.
This collaboration brings together BELLS’ expertise in skills development and Quess Singapore’s experience in workforce solutions to bridge the gap between training and employment. The partnership will focus on three core areas:
