Overview

The $4,000 SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career) top-up for Singaporeans aged 40 and above can offset net course fees for selected BELLS courses with enhanced employability outcomes. Starting 1 May 2024, the Ministry of Education (MOE) and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) will launch the SkillsFuture Level-Up Programme (SFLP) to support mid-career Singaporeans in upskilling. This top-up complements the Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy (MCES), covering up to 90% of course fees for MOE and SSG-funded programmes.
Importantly, the top-up has no expiry date, ensuring ongoing support for mid-career reskilling beyond the previous deadline of 31 December 2025.

SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP)
