Why Choose BELLS
FAQs
The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) is a government-supported initiative designed to help mid-career individuals and fresh graduates switch into high-growth sectors like tech through structured, industry-relevant training.
SCTP is ideal for career switchers, PMETs, fresh graduates, and professionals looking to enter tech roles such as data analyst, digital marketer, full-stack developer, or cybersecurity trainee.
The process is simple:
Take our easy quiz to identify employee skill gaps
Customise training roadmap with WSQ-certified courses
Use SkillsFuture Credits or SME subsidies to offset fees
Corporate training helps employees build future-ready skills, improves productivity, and ensures companies stay competitive in areas like AI, digitalisation, and data-driven decision making.
AI training helps SMEs boost productivity, cut costs, and drive sales by applying tools for automation, data analytics, and digital marketing. With SkillsFuture and SME subsidies, the return on investment is high — making businesses more competitive and growth-ready.
Companies can encourage employees to use their individual SkillsFuture Credits to offset eligible course fees. For corporate-wide training, employers may also tap into SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) and SSG subsidies to reduce overall training costs.
Successful completion means you’ve attended the required sessions, participated in assessments (if any), and met the basic course requirements set by our trainers.
