What are the prerequisites for this course?

To be eligible for the ITIL 4 Specialist: HVIT training, applicants must:

  • Have passed the ITIL 4 Foundation examination.
  • Have attended an accredited training course for this module.

What is the format for the ITIL 4 Specialist: HVIT certification exam?

  • Complete the ITIL 4 Specialist: HVIT training.
  • Take the ITIL 4 Specialist: HVIT certification exam.
  • Achieve a score of at least 70 percent (28 out of 40 correct answers) within a 90-minute timeframe.

What is the purpose of the ITIL 4 Specialist: HVIT examination?

The ITIL 4 Specialist: HVIT exam assesses whether candidates have the necessary understanding and practical application of concepts covered in the ITIL Specialist: HVIT publication to establish a high-velocity, digitally driven IT organization. This qualification is also a prerequisite for earning the ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation, which evaluates expertise in managing successful IT-enabled services, teams, and workflows.

How long will it take to receive my ITIL 4 Specialist: HVIT exam results?

You will receive your exam results within 2 business days after completing the exam.

How do I schedule/book my exam?

No, once your exam is booked and the voucher has been issued, the payment is non-refundable.

Until when can I procure the exam voucher from BELLS?

The exam voucher fee is included in the course price. However, you must obtain your exam voucher within six months of purchasing the course. If the exam fee increases and you have not yet booked your exam, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

What is the validity of my exam voucher?

Exam vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. If you do not book your exam within this one-year period, you will need to purchase a new voucher at the current rate.
